The Law Offices of Sandra M. Rosenbloom welcomes Melanie B. Hoffman, a 1993 graduate of Loyola University of Chicago Law School, as an associate of the firm. After a leave of absence to raise her own family, Melanie returned to the practice of law with the depth of understanding that comes from family interactions as well as her experience with the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian. In addition to representing abused and neglected children and disabled adults while with the Public Guardian's Office, Melanie's breadth of knowledge encompasses her several years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and guardianship, with an emphasis in special needs families.

Subscribing to the philosophy of negotiating settlements rather than litigating them, Melanie has already completed comprehensive training in mediation, as well as continuing her training and apprenticeship in Collaborative practice.
