In order to better serve my clients, I have undergone intensive training in Mediation at the Mediation Training Institute of Ann Arbor, and offer Mediation services.

It is also sometimes possible to avoid a protracted divorce by mediating disputes before filing.

Mediation avoids the cost and lengthy wait for a court date. Face to face negotiation also discourages confrontation and acrimony while encouraging working together toward a mutually satisfactory resolution.
